As part of my role as curatorial assistant and studio manager at Richard Malone Studio I supported Richard with making of sculptural and performance pieces using my extensive technical skills from my BA. I assisted with the development and production of exhibitions managing the progress and adhering to budgets clearly, communicating with teams involved to follow critical paths.As studio manager I was the main communication between departments, preparing itineraries, supporting with ad-hoc tasks including organising travel and collating expenses. I coordinated team meetings, took notes for each department ensuring there was progression within projects that were being worked on as well as liaising with the PR team to ensure the smooth running of the brand and future projects. During my time at Richard Malone Studio I worked on projects including Richard's installation in the central hall of the Royal Academy as part of their summer show 2023, the performance piece ‘concurrence’ as part The Hayward Galleries ‘dear earth’ exhibition and “knot, bind, gesture, bend” at the National Gallery of Ireland as well as “making and momentum” at the National Museum of Ireland. As well as these shows and exhibitions, clients I have worked with during my time here included Björk, Beyoncé and The BAFTA's.

Lead in the Visual Merchandising of the store and responsible for successful seasonal launches and brand collaborations. I also assisted with customers in a respectful manner, using my initiative to solve issues and offer other services where possible going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
