As an executive within Lee’s Amplified Digital agency, I partner with the sales organization to create and implement marketing solutions which meet the needs of our clients. I am accountable to one KPI: digital revenue growth. We’re on the road to $100M digital revenue and ahead of schedule.

I designed technology solutions for enterprise workforces, with emphasis on experience and process. Done right, experiences shape culture.- Sold and delivered $3M in new business in 2019, with $3M pending in the pipeline for 2020- Led the employee experience efforts within a $60M global HR transformation program at a Fortune 50, impacting 80,000 employees across 40 countries- Led, coached, and mentored 100+ unique Deloitte practitioners- Developed new products and intellectual property related to 1) workforce experiences, 2) the future of work and HR, 3) enterprise service delivery, and 4) onboarding

I created the Real Talks speaking series to provide university audiences with practical knowledge about business and technology. The content rotates, is backed by real stories, and features guest speakers across industries and specialties.

I helped stand up Molina’s Enterprise Information Management (EIM) function from scratch and led the design, development, rollout, and maintenance of multiple data-driven products.- Managed $2.2M budget, 7 direct reports, and 4 scrum teams- Owned diverse portfolio of datasets and data-driven products serving core business units including: claims, pharmacy, enrollment, care quality, risk adjustment, health plan reporting, and more- Defined the EIM agile playbook which applied to more than 150 Molina employees
