Insightment was a startup, and part of the Brussels-based corporation Synthetron. It aimed to help managers and leaders from all types of organizations, to better listen to and empower employees. During my time in the company I got to work 1-1 with former head of marketing in Microsoft Denmark. It provided me with tons of experience, a professional direction and insights into the fields of digital leadership, hybrid leadership and organizational strategy.Today the project looks a bit different.
