As Field Sales & Market Development, Adam is responsible for:- Developing and implementing a sales and marketing strategy for market development and growth within Ontario & Quebec.- Sourcing new sales opportunities through growth within existing account base, and generation of new leads/ prospects.- Communicate and establish a rapport with customers and collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that the highest level of customer service is maintained.- Proactively manage raw and finished inventories and ensure levels are in line with company objectives.- Prepare request for quotes and customer supply proposals.- Meet or exceed established sales goals/ targets for an account base including gross profit margins, volume and customer inventory levels.- Visit customers to promote products and services, develop and grow new/ existing relationships and respond to claims as required.
