This is a small company focused on real estate investing. I am directly involved with planning, valuing, funding, acquisition and building of real estate transactions. We are a for profit company that is focused on growth and improving Coastal Virginia's residential living.

My last assignment was as an instructor at the U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Training and Evaluation Unit. In this role, I was instrumental in the planning, preparation, and provision of training for Navy EOD technicians in the mitigation of a wide gamut of explosive hazards. Our training and certification enable EOD technicians to deploy worldwide in support of conventional and special operations forces. EOD mission areas include chemical and biological weapons, nuclear weapons, homemade and conventional weapons, underwater/diving and air operations. As a Navy Chief (E-7), Master EOD Technician, and a qualified Master Training Specialist and certified instructor I was able to leverage my 11 years of operational experience to better prepare our trainees to address current and future threats. During my time as an instructor, I was able to augment my experience by attending numerous training programs offered at various national laboratories. Additionally, I contributed to multiple international symposiums and various military/civilian-working groups in order to advance the current capabilities and address the shortfalls of the EOD community at large.
