I was recruited to the organization to assess and provide training tools and resources to the Personal Lines Department. In this role, I support the department’s training, as well as career progression and individual development. I was promoted to role to assist with the development and optimization of training solutions, curriculum, and learning modules. I managed a 6-member team along with multiple large-scale projects with up to 40 total reports. I was recruited to the organization as a Claims Representative and promoted multiple time throughout my tenure with the company.
