Some years ago I was sat in a conference considering my future whilst eyeing up the latest products that I was due to take to market. I had always had a fascination about sales but was it just the competitive edge that came with sales or was it the thrill of a negotiation. I soon discovered it could be both, but it was negotiation that really took my eye. When I discovered The Gap Partnership I was taken aback by their passion for negotiation and being the best in the World. So, after an extensive interview process, I joined.What have I done since? I've been taking my 10 year commercial sales experience and utilizing The Gap Partnerships unique approach to negotiation development and consulting in order to partner with clients. The aim....to deliver a negotiation solution to whatever the clients needs are. I have travelled across the world, experiencing the different geographical and cultural differences in negotiations. From the eastern coast of the USA, Continental Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand and finally in Asia. The one shoe fits all approach DOES NOT work. That is why The Gap Partnership is a step above the others, being a global negotiation consultancy working with over 500 blue chip organisations, in 13 different languages from offices around the world. We are uniquely suited to specialise in negotiation and through our behavioural development programmes and consulting practice we are able to create the world's best negotiators whilst delivering real value to our clients. What am i doing now? Having relocated to Hong Kong, i'm spreading the negotiation word in Asia. Linking up with all our global clients in this region and expanding our network to new and exciting opportunities. I'm constantly learning and challenging myself in the negotiation arena and working daily to provide the optimal negotiation solution to our clients.
