While at Johnan America, Inc. I received the opportunity to go to the Nissan North America, Inc. vehicle plant in Smyrna, TN as a Trim & Chassis Maintenance technician. It was here where my controls skill set got taken to another level. Nissan is a big advocate for multi-craft maintenance and has extreme expectations for production throughput and short repair times.
