In my approach to work, I focus mainly on changing the safety culture among the crew from Reactive to Proactive, where the accident-free work environment is equally important not only for the directly responsible people, but above all for the entire crew without exceptions.Creating such a model is possible after integrating all systems with each other, also with the Lean Management philosophy.I prefer the principle of "Safety First". Achieving this level is possible thanks to the approach where all employees, subcontractors and guests actively participate in reporting incidents and near misses, and the implementation of the Behavior Base Safety Program becomes the highest priority.My ambition is to lead to the situation in the company "Zero accidents at work and negative environmental impact" both among the staff and among subcontractors and guests.W swoim podejściu do pracy skupiam się głownie na zmianie kultury bezpieczeństwa wśród załogi z Reaktywnej na Proaktywną, gdzie bezwypadkowe środowisko pracy jest równie ważne nie tylko dla osób bezpośrednio odpowiedzialnych ale przede wszystkim dla całej załogi bez wyjątków.Stworzenie takiego modelu możliwe jest po zintegrowaniu wszystkich systemów ze sobą, także z filozofią Lean Management.Preferuję zasadzie „Safety First”. Osiągnięcie tego poziomu jest możliwe dzięki podejściu gdzie wszyscy pracownicy, podwykonawcy i goście aktywnie biorą udział w zgłaszaniu zdarzeń i sytuacji potencjalnie wypadkowych a wdrożenie Programu Behaviours Base Safety staje się najwyższym priorytetem.Moją ambicją jest doprowadzenie do sytuacji w firmie „Zero wypadków przy pracy i negatywnego wpływy na środowisko" zarówno wśród załogi oraz wśród podwykonawców i gości.
