- Conduct all baseball-related operations of 16U college showcase baseball team of 35 selected players and 3 coaches including practices and travel for tournaments - Conduct weekly one-on-one and team lessons for student athletes, ages 6-21- Analyze and correct student athlete’s techniques and skills and create individual training programs for athletes

- Collaborate with contractors and architects on site feasibility and building plans- Assist with pro forma analysis- Explore potential funding/grant opportunities; meet with town authorities and attend planning board meetings
