• Develop strategic account and project plans to generate growth for potential and existing clients. • Accountable for meeting weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals pertaining to activity, revenue, profit, and customer/market share. • Market and deploy IT resources for analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and change management of various application and infrastructure projects. • Manage Technical Professionals, contract employees, which includes hiring and termination decisions, rate negotiations of hourly wages and salaries, employee relations, client initiatives and feedback as well as other HR-related duties. • Consult with hiring managers to strengthen and improve the professional relationship and to discuss talent acquisition forecasting, candidate sourcing, scheduling of interviews, and compensation recommendations. • Directly manage and supervise assigned recruiters within specific verticals including developing recruiter sourcing strategy which is designed to identify quality candidates through various tools. • Responsible for recruiter’s accountability to daily, weekly, and yearly production goals, as well as coaching, mentoring, and ongoing career development.

•Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various tools •Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through screening and interviews •Negotiate wages, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates •Oversee pre-employment steps including reference checks and background/drug tests •Manage contract employees while on assignment •Work with TEKsystems Account Managers to identify top accounts and target skill sets •Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge and get referrals •Continuously build and establish long-term relationships with information technology professionals, focusing on their skills, interests and careers goals, in order to position myself as a valuable resource for present and future career opportunities •Provide consistent communication and continuous employment opportunities for current contractors •Held accountable for generating sales leads and hitting daily and weekly recruiting goals & numbers, such as 3 networking lunches/week, 100 total contacts/week, 1 interview/day, etc. •Responsible for recognizing a pipeline of potential business within a 30/60/90 day and 2 quarter time period and proactively networking with the appropriate technical professionals
