I was able to have the pleasure to design some of the company's largest and most prestige projectsI joined suprafilt just after a difficult period for the company. Due to the number of current orders, I had to hit the ground running. I was also key to the company's development of their CAD Systems to help reduce design and manufacture times.Achievements include: changing the CAD system from simple 2D designs to level 2/3 BIM modeling, Designing the company's Nereda DfMA system

Due to some unforeseen events. I was left in a position which meant starting a company with my other directors. With the sole aim of supporting our previous clients and finishing their projects. Because of urgent requirements of a current project in Malaysia, I travelled out to support our client in the final weeks of fabrication and assembly. This was a challenging time but the project was signed off on programme.Achievements include, completing clients projects on time, assembling projects on short deadline to achieve accreditation. learning to work and manage teams in a foreign country.
