Caddell was responsible for the construction of a new 122,000 SF, embassy complex in a campus environment that included state-of-the-art security, communications, and information processing systems; multiple areas with advanced physical and technical security systems; and anti-terrorism and force protection measures. Primary components included: a new chancery office building, a marine security guard quarters, a utility building and two compound access pavilions. Compliance with strict host-country environmental laws permitting was required. Responsible for:-All plumbing and HVAC equipment-Piping Hydronics, Chiller Piping-Domestic water, hot water reheat system-Fabrication of duct work-Setting all HVAC equipment-Manage several multi-cultural crew-Coordinate effectively with all trades-Inspect and review the quality of in-place work and-Coordinate and verify tests and performance with Owner's QA team
