As Co-Founder, I established Connected Fibers with a "customer first" approach in mind, offering boutique services to the fiber optic industry while striving for superior customer service. My primary responsibilities include providing vision, work culture, team building and execution of Connected Fibers' short and long term business strategies. As well as leadership in business development, sales, marketing and human resources. With over 24 years industry experience I am available to help customers with the latest process technology and facilitate active vendor support in achieving our client's goals. I also maintain a very high level of involvement with all levels of our organization helping our team to succeed with daily operations and meeting customer expectations. Founded in 2005, Connected Fibers is an ISO9001:2015 certified manufacturer and distributor of equipment and processes for the fabrication of fiber optic cable assemblies and devices. We can provide the production equipment and processes you need for building Cable Assemblies with the latest termini and connectors for every field of use. Solutions include cleave tools, interferometers, polishing equipment, insertion-return loss testing, polarity testers, visual inspection microscopes, cleaning tools and epoxy curing solutions. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing and warehouse facility is located in Roswell, GA, U.S.A. We have been awarded several supplier awards since inception including most recently Data-Pixel's Global Distributor of the Year in 2021. In 2015, Connected Fibers introduced the industry’s first intelligent curing oven, the 1Cure™, for both horizontal and vertical curing applications in the fiber optic cable assembly manufacturing process. Since then we have expanded the product line by designing new 1Cure Series Epoxy ovens and 1Cure Epoxy Dispensing systems, and awarded additional design patents.
