• Financial management of UK&I Licence and SaaS revenue streams.• Managing the month end close, forecast and budget for the UKI. • Proactive analysis across the business to deliver and shape UKI strategy• Collaborate with and provide robust challenge to UKI leadership to drive stretching but accurate forecasts. Advising on mitigating risks and realising opportunities.• Provide decision support and influence deal shaping on contract reviews in order to maximise upfront revenue recognition.• Reviewing and approving deal discounting.

Responsible for the financial management of $330m p.annum covering 21 banking customer contracts while maintaining responsibility for the global Aviva contract.Collaborating with a large number of senior stakeholders across the Industry, providing financial and commercial guidance, support and challenge to ensure financial position is maximised.Managing the month end close, forecast and budget processes across the Industry portfolio ensuring high quality and accurate financial predictions. Merging reporting streams from CSC and HPE contracts, standardising across the sector to drive efficiencies.Reviewing and approving business cases and growth deals, influencing deal shaping to maximise benefit to P&L, and ensuring all financial risks and opportunities are understood by the leadership team.Cash and CAPEX management, focusing on reducing aged debt and commercially constructing deals to maximise cash positive position in early yearsLeading a team of 14 finance analysts across various UK and offshore locations.
