Adam Gould is a Managing Director and Head of Equities at Tradeweb, a leading, global operator of electronic marketplaces for rates, credit, equities and money markets. He oversees Tradeweb’s global institutional equities electronic trading platform for ETFs, options, ADRs and convertible bonds, as well as its wholesale equity derivatives dealer-to-dealer platform, Dealerweb. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of ETF Sales and Business Development at Direxionshares, where he helped launch ETF trading, building and managing client relationships among institutional investors to support the expansion of the business. Prior to that, Adam was a Portfolio Manager and trader in the Index Fund Asset Management group at the Bank of New York, helping to manage index funds and separately managed accounts. In that role, he also oversaw all trading activity and investment decisions for his portfolios. Adam received a B.Sc. in Behavioral Science and Law from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Georgetown University. He current holds licenses for the FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, 55 and 63.
