I worked on all kinds of computers, fixing and preparing them to have new hardware and software installed. When not actively working on machines, I sorted hundreds of sticks of RAM and hard drives and worked on optimizing the ITAD pipeline. The most general skill I have mastered, other than working on computers, is working under pressure. At times, our department had to prepare orders of multiple hundred machines in only three days. It was not always easy, but the satisfaction when our team succeeded made it worth it. Recently, my role has drifted into the ITAD department, specializing in disposal of sensitive information on all forms of media.

Throughout the time I was teaching at ULMA, I started as a nervous high school sophomore and eventually became one of the strongest Lead Instructors. During that transition, I learned how to teach curriculum confidently, clearly, and effectively to different audiences; all while continuing to train and earn my 4th Degree Black Belt. I still train at the dojo when time permits, however, I do not teach anymore. All in all, this job set the stage for my professional growth and allowed me gain invaluable leading, teaching, and communication skills.
