As a critical team member at DAII since its inception, I have always strived to grow myself alongside the business. I'm now realising that ambition as I'm now coordinating all aspects of our day-to-day operations, including liaising with clients to ensure that our consultancy, development and support services continue to meet their ever-changing needs. I also coordinate and act as a buffer between our software development teams and our support network to ensure that issues are prioritised and handled efficiently and timely for our clients, with minimal downtime on their critical business systems.I'm always learning on the job and adding new tools to my arsenal every day in this role, and I'm thrilled to have the immense responsibility of ensuring that DAII's operations continue to work efficiently and profitably, as well as making sure we go above and beyond to deliver all of our clients the best results possible and grow their businesses alongside ours.

I ensure the bespoke systems we develop and deploy for our clients say operational and suit their ever-changing needs. Handling client support tickets, coordinating developer resources, and being approachable in the workplace and to our clients is critical to the role. Handling ongoing SEO for website clients and co-ordinating with developers to create new features in, and keep up to date, our bespoke CMS "ForgeCMS". Having the ability to pivot to do whatever the business requires is also a crucial part of my role as we are a growing SME.

Working as a General Assistant in a SPAR store. Gained valuable experience in being a customer facing part of a business. Providing excellent service everytime was a key part of the role, as well as being proficient with the EPOS systems, and knowing the full range of stock. Duties also involved cash handling and ensuring tills were correctly bagged and recorded after shifts finished.
