Responsible for driving growth & new acquisition for ASB Securities. Working with the ASB Securities management team to deliver on strategy, initiatives and good customer outcomes ensuring the customer experience from start to finish is unbeatable.I am also responsible for leading the ASB Securities Retail Distribution team, servicing retail customers (mass and mass affluent segments), ensuring the team provide world class service to our customers. Ensuring that revenue and growth targets for team are achieved while implementing on a strategy to drive customer retention and growth. At the same time I was able to promote a risk management culture within the team to ensure ASB Securities adheres to all relevant regulation and helps achieve the Bank’s stated goal of being ‘world class at risk and control’.

Responsible for leading the Online and Telephone Broking team, which is tasked to build, manage retain and grow ASB Securities non-Premium Broking clients; providing them with world class customer service and championing ASB’s Sales & Service culture. I was tasked with driving the achievement of revenue and growth targets for the Online and Telephone Broking team by implementing on a strategy to drive customer retention and growth, and ensuring business strategy is aligned to business unit growth.

Acted as a client interface and a team leader for ASB Securities online and telephone channels providing world class customer service to our clients. Driving ASB Securities Sales and Service culture by developing strong relationships with customers and Bank partners and support the Online & Telephone Broking team to do the same.Supported the Online & Telephone Broking Manager with the effective management of the team and contribute to the effectiveness and profitability of the Online & Telephone Broking team of ASB Securities.

Promoted ASB Securities Sales and Service culture by developing effective relationships with customer and Bank partners.I contributed to the effectiveness and profitability of ASB Securities Online & Telephone Broking team by providing guidance and market information to clients to enable their trading activity, while adhering to our non-advice model. I also ensured that I was providing clean execution of trading and banking transactions on behalf of clients.
