I am a Defence Project Manager at KBR, NEC 4 accredited, currently tasked with delivery of several infrastructure projects. My responsibilities include engaging with multiple stakeholders such as Senior Management / Leadership team, the Client and Subcontractors, managing procurement and delivery of subcontracts, commercial / contracts management of Subcontracts.in my previous job at Jacobs I worked on the export requirements for delivery of sensitive engineering documentation to Canada and Australia through secondment to our client, BAE Systems. This involved the management of multiple stakeholders, ensuring their priorities were met whilst ensuring maximum productivity of a newly formed team. Developing and management of process was key to the delivery of this project.Prior to Jacobs I was a PM at Mott MacDonald supporting the Requirements Manager in the delivery of a major Defence infrastructure project. I liaised with the approving bodies outside our organisation, including government entities to ensure their requirements were being met to keep the applications for future funding approvals on track.In my early career, I spent many years doing Geophysical Exploration mainly in the Oil and Gas Sector. I would run surveys onshore, or in shallow offshore regions around the world, and finished my Oil and Gas experience with 5 years in Houston, Texas developing a Marine Vibrator for greener seismic exploration.
