Experienced Brewer with a passion for process, quality assurance, and anything lagers.I solo-brew at our company's main taproom in downtown Denver, Colorado. My daily tasks include everything from inventory management, procurement of raw materials, collaboration across teams, process management and improvement, to-you guessed it-making beer. I take pride in my dedication to quality, through endless process observation and iteration, product development and improvement, and relationship-building with outside vendors and collaborators.

During my tenure as Head Brewer with Gordon Biersch, I was responsible for all aspects in production of beer for 10 barrel & 15 barrel brewpubs. My day-to-day duties included wort production, fermentation, cellar work, clean in place (CIP) procedure, inventory and raw material management, equipment maintenance, recipe development, quality control, marketing and promotion, taproom management and education of staff on brewing process, beer styles, and industry history.

During my tenure as Assistant Brewer with Gordon Biersch, I was responsible for wort production, fermentation, cellar work, and clean-in-place procedure. I rotated under the supervision of five different Head Brewers in the Washington D.C.- and Annapolis, MD-areas, working in different brewpubs with varying needs and client bases.

During my tenure as a permanent fixture with the Nashville branch of The Murder Mystery Company, I organized and ran shows and dinner theatre productions with a close-knit team. I collaborated with my colleagues to organize rehearsals, improve show components, and punch-up jokes. One of my most well received characters was the primary detective, Peter Ness who helped guests navigate the storyline, narrated productions, and drove plot-lines.

Co-founded a small independent record label based out of Nashville Tennessee. In this role, I produced and recorded music for local bands, hosted events and release parties, and developed limited-release tape cassettes.

Worked as an audio engineering intern, assisting with mastering processes. Utilized my attention to detail to fine-tune albums, film scores, and other audio projects. Collaborated with other professionals to add final touches and bring audio products across the finish-line.

As an Assistant Brewer with Boscos Brewing Company, my duties included cleaning, cleaning, and-you guessed it-more cleaning!
