I have a long experience from different kind of roles, such as business/requirements analysis, product ownership, scrum mater, and delivery lead. My experiences span large global projects/programs as well as smaller internal initiatives in multiple industries.Restless and curious as I am, I often, regardless of role, find myself reviewing, streamlining, and refining processes and tools by questioning perceived truths and challenging them. I persistently search for how I can make ways of working better by trying new things; evaluating, inspecting, and adapting during the journey since I believe in constant improvement and that nothing is ever perfect. My main drive is to understand the underlying needs of people, and to find appropriate supporting processes, ways of working, and technical solutions that enhance their experience. Wherever possible I advocate an agile way of working, by moving forward in small increments and continuously adapt and improve. I do like to delve into the solution details as well as keeping the full picture in mind. As a person I am meticulous and structured with a high sense of accountability and like to work together with others to find the best possible solution. I find it rewarding to surround myself with knowledgeable and skilled people so that we can complete each-other and move forward together, strengthening ourselves as a team and as individuals.
