This job really tested me as an employee. The challenges of this position were not only the hard labor, but also my work ethic. I was entrusted with a lot of responsibility with little supervision, which could have made it easy for me to slack off. The crew working there instantly treated me like one of the group, which made me want to get the job done to my best ability, which made me a better person over all.
