About Adam Hacker

I joined Channel Communications 25 years ago as a Trainee Service Engineer, during my time with Channel I have had various roles within the Service and Technical Teams. I was made Service Director in 2016. Channel Communications was acquired by SCG in 2023, this is when I started my new role as Customer Experience Director for SCG-SW. As Customer Experience Director, I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. I manage our Customer Experience and Service Assurance Team’s.
