- Performed verification and monitoring of preventive maintenance tasks executed by contractor’stechnicians, including validation of Planned Preventive Maintenance checklist completion, verification ofwork quality and compliance, documentation review and sign-off, and on-site inspection of completedworks. Equipment includes Chiller, AHU, ACSU and sprinkler system. - Developed a preventive planned maintenance schedule for Air Handling Unit. - Involved to project planning, material approval and completion verification. - Joined Facility Management meeting with contractors resulting in collaborative problem-solving andstrategic maintenance planning.

Developed a Man Hour Analyzer using Microsoft Excel to monitor technician productivity by developing a dashboard displaying the statistics of duration spent on different projects. This result to ease of report and analyzing by production engineer to improve productivity of the assembly line. Developed a manual for module assembly. A new machine module add-on were requested by a customer which lacks its assembly manual. I managed to prepare the manual before it was shipped to the customer. The application engineer refer to this manual to assemble the module to the machine.Integrating modules into machine in production line, ensuring precision and functionality. Various small module where required to be assembled and integrated to the machine. This task allowing other technician to focus on much complex module to be integrated on other projects.
