    As a manager in Celtic Pro Wrestling I was in charge of promoting the shows, arranging teams of trainees to hand out flyers, arranging radio interviews for both wrestler and show promotion. I am proud to say that once I came onboard, within three months, we went from loosing money, to breaking even and then making profit which at the time was unheard of for an independent pro wrestling company in Ireland. I helped to increase attendance for our shows, from 30 people the month before I started to 150 people at my first show, by developing and establishing a list of procedures on promoting shows and incorporating social media into the business plan. I was also at the helm of our biggest attendance of 200 people, I achieved this by negotiating with the GM of the venue and influencing him to open the venue’s bar . I was the daytime floor manager when we ran shows, this involved transport and construction of the ring, setting up of seating and merchandise stalls and tending to the needs of the wrestler and staff. I also worked as a wrestler on the shows which thought me how to influence crowds of people by connecting with an audience and helped me immensely with my public speaking as I would frequently have to do live interviews and promo’s in front of the crowd.I was also on the writing and booking team. I started off in a silent position within the company where I would observe the writing/booking meetings. I worked my way up and within six months I was given the freedom to come up with and develop my own characters and story lines. And when the company was eventually sold in the beginning of 08 I became the assistant booker and head of character development. A position which I held up until I eventually left the company in July of 08
