Lead engineer ensuring IdentityNow™ customers have the best possible user experience in through their browsers and in their execution of Identity Management tasks through our cloud service. Over the years I have held several roles on SailPoint's team, including PS Manager, Senior Solutions Architect, and Performance Team Lead. As a member of SailPoint's Client Services team I helped customers and delivery partners successfully deploy SailPoint's IdentityIQ™ Identity and Access Governance solution. My primary responsibilities include architecting and helping to deliver phase 1 and phase 2 deployments of SailPoint’s on-premise IdentityIQ™ and cloud hosted IdentityNow™ software platforms. My role with SailPoint also includes supporting sales through technical discussions with prospective customers and providing explanation of our services delivery processes. Also responsible for reviewing deliveries of IdentityIQ™ performed by System Integrators and partner organizations to provide quality control and architectural oversight, performing health checks of existing installations to deliver findings and recommendations for future work, providing hardware sizing recommendations for SailPoint customers, providing consulting services for tuning IdentityIQ™ for optimal performance, speaking at industry conferences and training partner and customers staff.

As a member of AlterPoint's professional services organization I help customers integrate existing applications and databases with AlterPoint's NetworkAuthority network governance platform. Responsibilities in this role include requirements gathering, scope document creation, on-site installation service delivery, creation of integration code, scripts and products to assist the customer with their turn up new software, creation of custom Business Integration databases, ETL operations and reports as well as the creation of training materials and delivery of training classes for all topics related to AlterPoint.

Technical swiss army knife. I work with customers to ensure successful deployments of ETI Solution ETL software and also to gather and document requirements for design, implementation, and deployment of custom, built-to-order ETL software.

Software Engineer responsible for developing and support switched voice network control applications. Developed VoIP applications for enhanced services. Investigated new technologies, particularly of the open source ilk, that could deliver value at relatively little capital expenditure.

Designed, implemented, and supported Unix-based telephony platform software focused on the stored-value-card and international long distance markets.
