A role with end to end commercial and supply chain responsibilities for Kinrise Baking, Bakery and Breakfast portfolios. Market leading businesses including Greens Baking, Susan Day Cakes and an extensive Private Label and B2B assortment. Accountable for the operations of Australia’s largest ‘everyday cake’ bakery. The home of the ‘Lamington’!

Lead a team of senior managers accountable for plans, delivery and financial outcomes (NSV, EBIT and ROIC) for Simplot’s Vegetable portfolio. Brands including Birds Eye, Edgell and Private Label across the Retail, Foodservice and Industrial channels. A value chain comprising 3 Simplot vegetable factories, local agriculture operations and an extensive outsourced network.

An expanded role that included management of a Joint Venture and operational leadership. Reporting to the Commercial Director and Joint Venture board, accountable for financial delivery. Leading a team of senior managers across marketing, sales, procurement, factory and finance. Brands including Birds Eye, I&J, Chiko, Quorn, Topsail, Neptune and Colonial Farm.

Jointly reporting to the Irvin & Johnson and Simplot Managing Director and Joint Venture Board. Accountable for the Joint Venture's long-range plans, targets, strategy, board reporting, fish procurement, business development and finance functions. Within a matrix structure, coached and supported operational managers to achieve commercial goals.

Reporting to the General Manager Marketing. Provide leadership and management of the Seafood, Snacks & Meals retail marketing and category team functions. Responsible for market share, growth, contribution delivery and equity of brands including Birds Eye, I&J, Lean Cuisine and Papa Giuseppe Pizza.

Reporting to the National Seafood Manager. Strategic sourcing of value-added seafood internationally and locally for Birds Eye, I&J and John West Fresh portfolios. Capitalise on capacities and unique abilities of supply partners to deliver product offerings, best quality and lowest cost. Build supplier relations and provide support to new innovations and cost downs.
