I progressed back to run the main branch in Bristol after a successful re-build of the Gloucester branch. I have been brought back to the Bristol store to manage 2 social housing contracts along side the normal day to day business. Organise and re-develop the warehouse, team and stock to fulfil the increase in orders/sales/stock.I have been managing the team to increase sales and customer relations through several projects

Following on from a successful 18 months at Bristol branch where we achieve 1.1m of sales in 2016 (£250K over target) i have been promoted to manage the Gloucester branch. I was in charge of rebuilding the branch after 4 months without a manager and a dip in sales

To develop strong relationships with small house builders and developers to win accounts and business and grow our branch account base via site visits, phone calls and marketing• All accounting from cashing up, imputing the figures on spreadsheets, bagging up and recording for Loomis collections.• Purchasing all stock and creating purchase orders, following up with suppliers to confirm delivery or prioritising items required earlier , booking onto system. • If stock is wrong/damaged raise discrepancies with suppliers for credits/replacements.• Stock taking on a regular basis to ensure it is all correct. • Training and support staff on a regular basis• Set targets for staff and help them achieve.• Assist with recruitment and discipline of staff• Design bespoke kitchens for customers.• Project manage the sales process from start to finish, from site visits, planning kitchen and pricing.• Actively try to gain new business via telesales, site visits with tradesmen etc.• Hold meetings within branch to discuss our performance and up coming projects, listen to comments from staff ,review comment with manager ,• Constantly reviewing the processes to identify savings and introducing lean workingGain new business sales through phone calls and site visits.
