Lead a small, crucial and highly skilled team, part of Australia’s F-35 aircraft 5th Generation capability. The primary team undertaking is to deliver multiple high-quality technical documentation in support of F-35 software product Certification and Accreditation effort for the Australian environment IAW ISM and DSM requirements. This includes providing security engineering designs and implementation in all aspects of Information Assurance and Information Security (InfoSec) Engineering throughout the program life cycle, including but not limited to validating system security requirements definition and analysis; establishing system security designs; implementing security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures and performing system certification and accreditation planning, testing and liaison activities.

Provide expertise evaluating, designing, monitoring, administering and/or implementing cyber security systems, protections and capabilities. Provided input on research, analysis and troubleshooting of various security issues.

Provide expertise in cross domain solution engineering with significant customer interaction at the service provider project level and with Department of Defence. Perform Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS) systems engineering as part of larger systems engineering efforts and support the development of system designs that meet both mission functional requirements and security policy and assurance requirements

Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and operation of a large scale Defence accredited Gateway and Data Centre network. Deliver Internet Gateway services for an additional nine agencies under shared-services arrangements Work on a range tasks and projects supporting delivery of ICT services to the department’s staff, other government agencies and the Australian public.Deployment of firewall infrastructure and firewall policies, preferably Checkpoint and Cisco firewalls

Manage complex Communications and Information Systems; ensuring reliable, timely, accurate and secure information flows to enable the Navy in its endeavour to fight and win at sea.
