Whilst at Grayson Thermal Systems Service Centre I have worked as a Deputy Service Manager and currently I am involved in running a number of large projects. This has allowed me to develop my leadership skills effectively communicating with large teams ensuring projects are completed to a high standard. During this time I have been involved with staff training to improve overall quality of work, sourcing / distributing parts and other resources to ensure projects run effectively to meet monthly targets. I also regularly liase with customers and senior management to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and ensure that customer satisfaction is always achieved.

Whilst at Grayson Thermal Systems Engineering Department I worked as a Test Engineer, suring this time I was mainly involved in Thermal Testing of new products, fabrication of prototype products and the development of retrofit units for bespoke applications.Another critical part of my role was regularly involvment in Writing Test Procedures, Instrimenting / Data logging vehicles, Testing vehicles at MIRA's test track and Report writting for prototype vehicle systems.
