Hello, I'm Adam Heiman, and I'm a results-driven professional with a diverse background in management and leadership roles. I've had the privilege of gaining valuable experience in various fields, and I'm excited to share my journey with you.My journey has led me to serve in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Maintenance Craftsman for six years. In this role, I honed my attention to detail by overseeing aircraft engine and component inspections. I took on staff and management functions, supervising and training subordinates in all aspects of aircraft maintenance. During deployments, I had the privilege of supervising and mentoring three individuals, contributing to increased productivity and job excellence as a team.Prior to my military service, I worked as a Manager at McDonald's in Menasha, WI. This role taught me the importance of customer service and leadership. I managed a team of over 40 subordinates, ensuring great quality, service, and cleanliness for the 500+ customers we served daily. I also maintained a strong focus on safety standards, security practices, and profitability by forecasting events and taking proactive measures when needed.Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, with an expected graduation date in December 2025.In addition to my professional experiences and education, I hold several certifications, including the Airman Leadership School Certificate, a Secret Security Clearance, and FAA Certified Drone Pilot status. My skill set includes exceptional time management, leadership abilities, creative problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. I'm also proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, which allows me to efficiently create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and manage emails.Outside of my career pursuits, I'm passionate about giving back to my community. I volunteer at the Knights of Columbus in Menasha, WI, and I'm an active member of the Altar Society at St. Mary's Church.I'm excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals who share a passion for excellence, leadership, and community involvement.
