Adam Henry is the Chief Administrative Officer (“CAO”) at John W. Rosenthal Capital Management, Inc. Included in his role as CAO, Adam also serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Adam works closely with John Rosenthal, the company’s CEO and Chief Investment Officer, to maintain the holdings of the four limited partnerships which serve as investment vehicles for the firm.

Adam Henry joined Cavitch, Familo & Durkin in August of 2017 as an associate attorney. Adam practices in the areas of general corporate and business law, securities regulations, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning.Adam attended Miami University of Ohio where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business science in May, 2007. Prior to entering law school, Adam served as a licensed wealth management advisor working with high net worth individuals and business owners to create comprehensive long term financial plans and structure business succession strategies.Adam earned his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he was a recipient of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Sicherman Excellence in Bankruptcy Award. While at Cleveland-Marshall, he was an active student member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and served as executive editor of the Cleveland State Law Review.Adam is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, as well as the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.Adam grew up in Northeast Ohio and currently resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio with his wife, Ashley and their son, Chip.
