As the Founder and CEO of Heredia Haven, I’m dedicated to transforming lives through our transitional housing program in Phoenix, Arizona. My journey into social work began with a passion for helping others, which led me from a rewarding career as a preschool teacher to impactful roles as a case manager at the YMCA and an investigator at the Arizona Department of Child Safety.At Heredia Haven, I leverage my extensive experience in social work to design innovative solutions that address the unique challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness. My expertise lies in building strong, empathetic connections with clients, conducting insightful interviews, and creatively utilizing available resources to achieve meaningful outcomes.My career goal is clear: to expand Heredia Haven’s reach and assist as many individuals as possible in finding permanent solutions to homelessness. Driven by a deep commitment to creating positive change, I am continually inspired by the progress we make and the lives we touch.Holding a Bachelor's in Social Work from Arizona State University and getting my Masters in Social Work, I proudly support my alma mater and the Sun Devil spirit.
