Within my time leading this soccer organization I have spearheaded numerous initiatives to elicit club growth in relation to player development and revenue generation. Managing a staff of 15 coaches and managers, the program has grown from 140 players to now serving over 500 players in the western suburbs of Chicago with teams competing at the local, regional, and national level.

North England Region

Working for the UK operations of UK International soccer as part of a dynamic recruitment team. Actively seeking out aspiring professional coaches through contact with universities, colleges and professional football clubs, along with key governing bodies for sport and education. Other duties include assisting in assessment days and maintaining ongoing communication with coaches to ensure quality control and best prepare them for their coaching experience in the U.S.

I oversee the training and development of the 25 teams within the club. I employ professional trainers into the club and ensure high quality coaching and education is being delivered to our players. I also personally coach the U16 Girls, U17 Girls, and Varsity Boys (U19) team.
