I manage a team of redeployed staff to contact Clinically Extremely Vulnerable residents from a central government daily supplied list, ensuring these residents receive any urgent support required with food, medical, financial or loneliness whether long or short term over the lockdown periods.This involved the set up & managing of a call set of up to 22 redeployed staff from receptionists to enforcement officers calling & arranging support for 1k to 3k residents a week.

I have also spent a year in a consultative role for an operations group advising & managing the branches to achieve exemplary stock management systems & routines.
