As the Vice President of Operations at Shell Point Retirement Community, I spearhead all construction, land development, and service expansion projects to ensure they exceed our residents’ expectations by meeting their current requirements while anticipating their future needs.My three decades of operational leadership experience is founded by a commitment to enhancing operational frameworks, developing high-performing employees, and leading innovative construction and land development projects that delight and engage community residents. During my tenure at Shell Point, I have led the successful completion and implementation of numerous new projects, including the renovation of The Springs Assisted Living building and construction of two independent living neighborhoods comprised of 100+ homes, a new Sales & Marketing Welcome Center, world-class Tribby Arts Center, 200,000 square foot Larsen Health Center, and a 30-bed Memory Care facility. My experience allows me to navigate the complexities of project development, from conceptualization to execution, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and sustainability.
