• Viewing candidates CV’s on Reed, contacting them via the telephone and carrying out a ‘ Screening’ procedure, if successful inviting them along for an interview. • Upon arrival for the candidate’s I issued them with an English/ Math’s test, which upon completion I graded. • Weekly training slots are assigned by the client and once candidates have completed their onsite induction, it is my responsibility to assign them with a training slot.• Hiring candidates to become POC (Point of contact) on the warehouse floor and being their point of contact if there are issues / concerns regarding staff and responding to these with immediate effect.• Being responsible for the onsite telephone and taking calls from the POC and staff regarding sickness/lateness and reporting this to the onsite security team and client.• Emailing client on a daily basis for updates on all staff performances and addressing poor performance with the staff and issuing file notes to all staff that have failed to meet the client’s requirements.• Carrying out staff dismissal upon the client’s request.• Processing daily reports on staff attendance (Flash Reports)• Running a team of over 100 staff.• Dealing with staff Rota’s/Holiday requirements.• Carrying out daily admin work including filing and photo copying.
