Completing user research and spec’ing out complex problems to improve our users subscription experience.Data - Introduced PowerBI into the business for improved visibility and forecasting, migrated to GA4 and utilising Big Query. Self taught SQL to a good standard so I could assist the team with insight as we grew the Data function out further. -
