-20 Bed Medical/Surgical/Overflow ICU in an academic and research hospital- Conduct detailed physical assessments-Cardiac monitoring with continuous EKG, arterial lines, and central venous pressures.-Care for patients while they on the mechanical ventilator-Titrate vasoactive medication drips (ex. Norepinephrine, Phenylephrine)-Titrate sedation medication drips (ex. Propofol, Midazolam, Dexmedetomine)-Titrate pain medication drips (ex. Fentanyl, Morphine)-Monitor patients on cardiac drips (ex. Dobutamine, Epinephrine, Vasopressin)-Operate and monitor continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)-Assist with bedside medical/surgical procedures (ex. trach. placement, colonoscopy)
