I have recently finished my MSc International Management (Marketing Management) at Teesside University where I achieved a Distinction. Modules included data analysis, strategic marketing planning, global management and managing in a challenging environment. I also studied research methods and completed my research project looking at the effect celebrity endorsements has on generation Y purchase intentions of a luxury watch. I completed my BA (Hons) Business Management Degree at Teesside University in 2015. The main focus of my Degree has been Marketing. In my second year I was a student adviser and one of the Business Schools student representatives where I dealt with academic issues that students have raised. I was pleased to receive the award for Student Representative Team of The Year at award ceremony. I have also been chairman of the Hiking club. I ran a successful campaign and was elected as one of Teesside Universities NUS Delegates. In my final year at Teesside I have continued as a Student Advisor, Student Representative and Chair of the Hiking club. I took up the role of SU Activities Centre Assistant, Student Panel Member, SU Scrutiny Committee Member, Awards Dinner Panel Member and Student Representative Mentor. I also ran two successful election campaigns and was elected as the Vice - President Education at Teesside University Students Union for 2015/16 and 2016/17. As part of this role I was a trustee of Teesside University Students' Union and a Governor of Teesside University. Outside of University I work as an Expedition Leader for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award where I work with award participants aged 14 and 25 training them in navigation skills such as map reading and compass skills. Other Work experience includes working at Woolworths where I was a Trainee Manager, Showcase Cinemas where I was Head Usher and Darlington Borough Council where I was A Youth Worker.
