Assist in daily / seasonal marina operations. Marine service on all stern drive, outboard and most inboard applications along with electrical system and general maintenance and trouble shooting and repair. Dewitt Marine is also a dealer of Premier luxury pontoons, Boston whaler, Suzuki, mercury outboard and Evinrude ETEC motors. We are located within the chain of lakes on the mouth of clam lake and torch lake.

Communicating with Clients & Closing Agents to assure correct information and numbers on all mortgage documents. Cordinating closing appointments for 40-50 clients per day. Offering excellant customer service.

Assist 40-50 clients through the mortgage closing process on a daily basis. Coordinate closings with clients, Title Companies, Attorneys, and Realtors to meet the availability for all parties. Assist clients with questions and concerns through highly active hotline. Confirm all closing numbers for client to assure everything is reviewed prior to signing of documents. Executive Mortgage Banker -Consulted client's needs to determine what the best fit was for their mortgage options. Supported clients through the mortgage process to assure service was maintain to the highest expectations. Troubleshoot issues to confirm all the needs of the client were met. Consistently exceeded monthly sales, revenue and client service goals. Originated and closed 12-18 clients on a monthly basis. Leadership training to mentor and support other team members on a day to day basis.Document Control Specialist - Managed all original documents and final closing packages to accurately file post closing. Scanned documents into Data base to assure everything was correctly labeled for easy access by all parts of the company. Assembled collateral packages in bulk for investors.

Consult with clients about their current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals. Educate and advise clients on the home buying process and how to better manage their mortgage(s).
