Create deal flow and manage all new acquisitions for Partners Capital, the investment division of NAI Partners. Responsibilities include deal procurement, valuation underwriting, market research, contract negotiations, and due diligence facilitation from the effective contract date to closing. Also responsible for supporting the fundraising platform. The Partners Capital platform consists of four (4) investment funds and $235+ million in transaction volume since 2017.

Source, underwrite, and close new deals that provide excellent risk-adjusted returns to our investors. NAI targets value-add office, retail, and industrial properties in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. Our platform currently has over $100mm in AUM and is set to acquire another $50-$75mm in NAI Investment Fund III.

As a senior associate for the NAI Investment Fund platform, my primary responsibility is the sourcing and underwriting of fund acquisitions. We target office, retail, and industrial properties in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio that allow us to leverage our internal horsepower and provide excellent risk-adjusted returns to investors. Fund I deployed $10mm of equity in 2017 and Fund II is currently seeking to purchase $30mm-$40mm of acquisitions in 2018.
