Over the past 15 years I have developed my facilitation, learning & development and management skills through a number of different roles in a number of different industries. I have vast experience conducting training needs analysis, developing training material, one on one and group facilitation as well as managing teams and the learning and development needs of entire centres as well as training experience in the VET sector, and software implementation among trades based businesses I have been a volunteer through the Australian Government’s AVID program working in a country called Swaziland (now Eswatini). There I designed, developed and implemented a 3 module training program designed at increasing the rural woman artisan’s business acumen. I also worked with 2 local trainers to develop their skills and allow the training to continue once I left. It was a challenging, eye-opening and ultimately rewarding experience which I feel both made me grow as a person, and as a Learning and Development professional.I am a life long learner always looking to improve myself and am seeking new and exciting opportunities now I am back in Australia. I have completed a Cert IV TAE as well as a Diploma of Business and a Diploma of Leadership and Management. My industry experience, coupled with my life experience and my passion for learning and development, leading teams and training makes me an ideal candidate for numerous roles within the professional training, learning & development and management fields.
