A confident communicator paired with a personable and friendly approach, I pride myself on my ability to work well as both an individual and as part of a team. I enjoy working to deadlines and targets and have the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. With a degree in Fine Art and with an extensive background in education, I have a thorough proven track record of successfully leading and managing staff, collating and analysing data, leading projects and helping to lead initiatives in line with an organisation's vision and individual improvement plans. Furthermore, I am confident in designing, implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of projects and strategic plans; providing appropriate feedback and support and also suggest improvements in order to move an organisation forward. In addition to this, I pride myself on being able to design and oversee projects that are broad, balanced and diverse with a particular focus on educating the 'whole individual' and all individuals regardless of their background, nationality, race, religion or disability.
