I have had many opportunities to lead outside of work such as I was head of my drum corps in high school for 2 years. earning 1st place both years. (involved keeping group disciplined and trained both in music and stamina.) Was a youth pastor for more than 1 year. Involved planning outreach events for kids, managing a service every week, and engaging in various activities to provide entrainment and learning. I held a leadership role in my College's GSA Club (This involved leading and planning meeting areas, coming up with group topics for discussion and researching current events in response to school, state and nation wide policies.) I also held a leadership position in a non profit org. which involved managing a group each day, finding spots for teams to go to, managing finances each day for the team, handing any disputes or legal issues with teams, and training and providing opportunities to learn and grow with the team. I love music of most kinds, Rock being my favorite. Into reading books and watching movies a like.
