Hi, I’m Adam and I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge of coffee, food safety, and bar skills through the training organization ITS. I travel across New Zealand, teaching in a variety of settings—from schools and iwi to community groups and corporate environments.Each session is an opportunity for me to connect with diverse audiences and inspire them with practical skills that enhance their culinary experiences. Whether I’m leading a hands-on coffee workshop or discussing essential food safety practices, I love seeing participants gain confidence and knowledge.Traveling throughout the country allows me to engage with unique communities and cultures, enriching both my teaching and personal experiences.
