I founded Peter Philip Developments Ltd in 2019. We are East Midlands based architectural designers and property developers. My background specalises in residentail property development. This includes dealing with procurement, site analysis, obtaining planning permission/building regulations for small to large residential development schemes, and managing the developments through all the RIBA stages of work to handover. I work with a range of businesses and clients across Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands.
