When needed I also helped testing this software.In addition, I played a major role in redesigning the company knowledge base which involved evaluating, selecting, customizing and integrating the tools used for the new knowledge base, and reviewing the internal documentation process and the process of creating customer-oriented documents. I also designed the look and feel of the documents and helped writing the developer documentation.Also, I programmed basic tools for automating routine tasks and for ad hoc data analysis.
