I take care of people at Codigee and do things, that usually Human Resources would do. However, we don't call our department HR - people are individuals, and a "resource", like steel or wood or whatever you might need. They are all different, and thus I treat them with an adequate attitude. You might see me going through LinkedIn, searching for Flutter (but not only) developers, that would like to work in a, well, nice place. Place, that we try to make as pleasant as possible, equal, communicative and open, based on partnership instead of hierarchy and cooperation instead of rivalry. Also, I do things that are just outside anyone's else responsibilities or are just so unusual, that I am soooo excited to do them!
